Heidi Smith, the office manager for the practice, has sixteen years of experience in the field and has been assisting patients at MJM Dental for four years. She is very knowledgeable in the areas of insurance and finance. “We are contracted with most of the major insurance companies and have established an in-office insurance program for patients who don’t have insurance to help encourage regular maintenance,” explained Dr. Miller.
Dr. Miller also understands how busy the lives of his patients can be and offers early and late hours on specific days to accommodate hectic schedules. “We also do a lot of our office communication via email and text to stay in touch without having to interrupt patients with phone calls during the day,” stated Dr. Miller.
