Scripps Performing Arts Academy invites girls and their friends and families to experience the American Girl Fashion Show on Saturday, March 14 and 15 at 2 p.m. at the Irwin M. Jacobs Qualcomm Hall. This fun, engaging program showcases historical and contemporary fashion for girls and their dolls. Proceeds from the event will benefit Isabella’s Giraffe Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports the infants in the neonatal intensive care unit at UCSD Medical Center.

Between 50 to 100 local models will present the fashion while lively commentary, music, and decorations will create a memorable experience for girls and their families. Audience members will delight in historical clothing from day wear to sleep wear to special occasion clothing that resembles what the popular American Girl characters might have worn.

The event also includes refreshments, party favors, a raffle, and door prizes. Tickets are $35 per person for a general admission ticket, which includes one raffle ticket with purchase and $100 per person for a VIP ticket, which includes seating within the first three rows and five raffle tickets with purchase.
