Cameo Dress Boutique
Fun, Fashionable, Functional
A Unique Approach to Shopping for Social Occasion Apparel and Accessories
In an age with anonymous box stores around every corner, entrepreneur Rachel Justice-Crowder has opened the unique, customer-centered Cameo Dress Boutique, providing social event needs with a goal of helping everyone be their best possible selves. In a business which is overpopulated with ‘lifestyle’- and ‘casual’-focused shopping, Cameo Dress Boutique solely focuses on dressy fashions and accessories for the events of a lady’s life, starting with the littlest lady. With ready-to wear, off-the-rack styles in social occasion dresses, dressy separates, accessories, jewelry, gifts, and shoes, Cameo aims to establish the company as a pioneer in this ‘casual-obsessed’ industry, building a boutique brand name that will be synonymous with a fashion industry revolution that highlights a wide selection of fun, fashionable, and dressy outfits.
Two vital reasons causing the closing of many big department stores – lack of good customer service and no uniqueness – are directly addressed at Cameo. The environment and atmosphere of the store implement a superior customer service system. “Beyond our friendly reception, inviting atmosphere, and one-on-one personal service,” Rachel confirmed, “Cameo Dress Boutique will also offer customers fashion information and advice. Our trained personnel will provide counsel that women simply cannot find at other stores. Solely focusing on the styles, colors, and fits to flatter the female figure will be our specialty.” Cameo is resisting the trend for workout wear to be everyday wear, feeling that everyone should take time for themselves and enjoy a great styled outfit.
Rachel’s 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, including five years in retail sales and boutique ownership, showed her the way to creating a look that’s different from other boutiques in town. “With the Del Mar Racetrack, event venues, and many public and private schools so close in proximity,” Rachel said, “we foresee a large clientele seeking us out for dresses, hats, shoes, etc., for the many events surrounding race season, charity gala season, prom, homecoming, wedding, graduation, first communion, and so many more to list.”
Rachel feels it’s important to give women of all ages role models in the community. “We need to continue to support each other and encourage everyone to follow their interests and dreams.” With her dream being shaped through frustration at being unable to find all the elements she needed for events in one place, Cameo Dress Boutique emerged. “Our friendly and qualified fashion industry stylists will ensure our customers walk away with the perfect look, head to toe!”
