The Beach & Country Guild’s 50th Annual Dia del Sol will be held on Oct. 8 at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar, attracting attendees from all over San Diego for a day of fashion, food, and fun. The “Hearts of Gold”-themed event will include lunch, silent and live auctions, and a children’s fashion show starring models affected by cerebral palsy and other disabilities. The grand finale will be a professionally staged fashion show featuring looks from premium designer brands.

The Beach & Country Guild is an all-volunteer women’s association dedicated to generating funds in support of United Cerebral Palsy of San Diego (UCPSD). Dia del Sol is the Guild’s largest fundraiser of the year, drawing over 200 guests and raising between $150,000 and $250,000 for UCPSD annually.
